"You can never really understand someone from another culture" it just said by Hiroshi, I have half and half feeling. It really depends on you, if you really want to know someone's culture, you will get a lot of research and information from their culture. TV program, Radio, Internet, Imean you will not complately know someone's culture, but you will know some basics culture. Either way, you can find a friend who from that culture you interesting. you might get to know their culture. So I think it really depends on what you want to know or do you really want to know.
