Is Christmas holiday your favorite holiday? And do you know people in western countries that celebrate in Christmas holiday? In the United States, Christmas is the biggest holiday of the year. The holiday season is in December. Americans get a day off and a day to celebrate on December 25th. Christmas is my favorite holiday because people exchange gifts, families gather together and the city is fill with sprit.
First, I enjoy Christmas because presents are exchanged. It’s a custom on Christmas holiday in Western countries. Families give or exchange gifts with each other. Friends also exchanged gifts on Christmas holiday. And I think friends exchanged gifts is they want to keep their relationships forever. At Christmas night, some men in family to imitate Santa Claus give gifts for his children when they slept.
Second, the city seems to be filled with good spirit in Christmas day. There are some men who wear Christmas clothes to imitate Santa Claus and dispatch presents to children in the street. People outside or people in homes sing Christmas carols. In addition people use decorations to decorate their houses or business. So if you like decorating a special style, you could use Christmas trees, lights, or use your homemade decorations to decorate your own style. 
Finally, my whole family gets together on Christmas holiday. In daily life, it’s difficult to get together because some adults have to go to work and children have to go to school. On Christmas holiday it is the best time that families can see each other, and they can celebrate and have delicious dinner or party together. On Christmas holiday, People exchange presents, us many decorations to decorate their house; people sing Christmas carols and family get together on Christmas holiday. Also you can cook a big meal for dinner. People could have time to have fun and get relax of the year. Every one has a favorite holiday in their life. Therefore, that’s why Christmas holiday is my favorite holiday.
