"You can never really understand someone from another culture." this statement speaks out the immigrant's experience. when you live in a foreign country, everyting is strange. the new language, the new environment, the new lifestyle, the culture, there are all things you must accept it. But you accept your native culture frome birth on, the original religion, culture are inveterate in your soul. Thus, when you adjust another culture, the original will be influence you. For example, you get married a foreigner, you are different religion, grew up diffenet background, can you stomach each other lifestyle, and exactly understander each other culture? Genrally, a lot of this type of couples will divorce. Therefore, even thought you try adapt it hard, you never completely understander it.
